Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it. Only on a clean Profile, on Firefox Release and Nightly the animation glitches, if the page is reloaded the animation appears normally. On Chrome, no issue was observed.

Tested on:
• Firefox Release 125.0.3-2024042521102/Firefox Nightly 127.0a1-20240429210502/Chrome 123.0.6367.82
• Operating System: Pixel 7 (Android 14) -1080px × 1920px 20:9 aspect ratio (~416 ppi density)

Notes:

1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly
2. Not reproducible on Chrome.
3. Reproducible regardless of settings of Enhanced Tracking Protection
