Thanks for the report, the issue is indeed reproducible. Zooming out the page the Desktop page is displayed.
Note that the site is not mobile optimized both on Chrome and Firefox.

An issue related to this is already logged in Bugzilla #1123938

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Mobile Nightly 61.0a1 (2018-03-12)
Operating System: Google Pixel (Android 8.0.0) - 1080 x 1920 pixels (~441 ppi pixel density), Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 7.0) - Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels (~534 ppi pixel density)

both sites receive the desktop site. Both can be zoomed out and work the same.

WHILE zoomed in. The position fixed menu has a different behavior.

This was not fixed by https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=656036. Filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1508459 to track instead.
