Thanks for the report, the issue is indeed reproducible but on all browsers (error 403 - forbidden).
I was able to access the page after enabling VPN and pointing to US.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 62.0a1 (2018-06-21), Firefox Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-06-25), Chrome
Operating System: Google Pixel (Android 8.1.0) - 1080 x 1920 pixels (~441 ppi pixel density), Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 7.0) - Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels (~534 ppi pixel density), Windows 10 Pro

For this project we try to focus our effort on layouts, features or content that works as expected in one browser but not in another. Closing the issue as Invalid.
