@softvision-oana-arbuzov I'm not confident that we will get access to a hospital system considering the personal info stored there.

Also it seems like an old system:

myTOH is best viewed with Internet Explorer 7 and above 

I'm not sure that we can help with this issue.

Suggestion @IronJunkie you can contact them directly and ask if they could make an update in order for Firefox to be supported.
