Problem type: Design is broken
Description: Check-boxes border is hardly visible on “Registration” form
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://archive.org/account/login.createaccount.php
2. Scroll down the page.
3. Observe the check-boxes.

Expected Behavior:
Border is fully visible.

Actual Behavior:
Border is hardly visible.

Note:
1. Reproducible on Firefox Release 61.0.2.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome 68.0.3440.91.
