Thanks for the report, I've created an account here: https://register.bet9ja.com/
After signing in I get the same layout on any browser.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-12), Microsoft Edge 41.16299.665.0, Chrome 69.0.3497.92
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

For this project we try to focus our effort on layouts, features or content that works as expected in one browser but not in another. Closing the issue as Non-compat.
