Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue with Tracking Protection Basic enabled.
Reproducible for:

• download software;
• top bar categories options;
• login/join;
• links to alternative software;
• read more;
• show/hide reviews;
• reply to the review;
• review navigation;
• like/dislike article;
• view screenshot.
