Expected Behavior: Get mobile site

Actual Behavior: Get desktop site

@adamopenweb this site http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2015/11/26/top-10-tech-innovations-2015 does not exists anymore.Don't you think the issue should be closed?

Hi @techchic the url for this bug is actually longer, but on webcompat.com we have a bug with URL's that have certain characters (1). I can confirm the issue still exists in Firefox OS.
