Description: Looping video plays, but stalls after a while while another tab is active
Steps to Reproduce:
This is an issue with WEBM looped video playback. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load https://mltshp.com/r/1FHQ2.webm
  2. Enable looped playback and play the video.
  3. Create a new tab in the same window and switch to it.
  4. After a minute or two, switch back to the tab with the video.

Expected result: video is shown and is still playing (or resumes playing) in a loop.

Actual result: Video frame is blank. Playback controls are present and you can start it again.

I can also reproduce this on Windows 10.

I can also reproduce this on Linux, but it doesn't seem like a webcompat issue proper as opposed to a playback bug in Firefox. As such I've filed bz1532495 with the steps to reproduce the issue, and will close this as a dupe of that one.
