Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. For me the prompt is dismissed and I can access the site.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-04-17)
Operating System: LG G5 (Android 8.0.0) - 1440 x 2560 pixels (~554 ppi pixel density), Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 8.0.0) - Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels (~534 ppi pixel density)

Reporter, could you please update to the latest Firefox version, and give it another try?
Also could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again?
