When I first started testing this tonight, it didn't work in Nightly 51 or Release 48. After testing through a variety of browsers and coming back to Firefox, it began working as expected. Maybe @karlcow can quickly test this please?

There definitely was a problem with this site, but at the moment it WFM.

The form is managed by engagesciences, which is exactly the same issue than #2899
