Thanks for the report,
I was indeed able to reproduce the issue. After I log in and I access the link the graphs are nor properly rendered and some of them have overlapping issues.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 69.0a1 (2019-06-02), Chrome 74.0.3729.157
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

This is the web page displayed in Firefox Nightly when I access the link:

When I try to inspect any of the graph cards from the page the graphs are properly rendered.

Looks like this is a regression, opened a bug for it 1556511. Closing as a duplicate.
