Thanks for the report, I was ale to reproduce the issue partially both on Fenix and Chrome. After multiple taps the popup is closed.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Fenix 1.0.0 (Build #11721515 🦎 68.0-20190611143747), Chrome 75.0.3770.101
Operating System: LG G5 (Android 8.0.0) - 1440 x 2560 pixels (~554 ppi pixel density), Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 8.0.0) - Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels (~534 ppi pixel density)

For this project we try to focus our effort on layouts, features or content that works as expected in one browser but not in another. Closing the issue as Non-compat.
