Problem type: Something else
Description: clearing amazon search bar opens chrome
Steps to Reproduce:
after one recent update,
when i'm (for example) on amazon page (but i had this problem also on other situation but now i don't remember which),
when i try to press "X" button from the amazon search bar, i don't know why but it opens chrome.
the same thing happends when i try to expand user's review (always on amazon).
the same problem happends on google groups, if i press the link (on the web page) for desktop version, it opens chrome

Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. For me "X" button deletes the typed word.

Operating System: LG G5 (Android 8.0.0) - 1440 x 2560 pixels (~554 ppi pixel density), Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 8.0.0) - Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels (~534 ppi pixel density)

@Dea1993 could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, or use a clean profile, and check again?

clearing cache or data not solved the problem.
uninstall ans reinstall the app solved the issue.
