Description: there is a flickering of animations
Steps to Reproduce:
while I opened the webpage I noticed that there are frame drops in the animations of mozilla firefox and also in microsoft edge but in chrome the animations are smooth and fluid.

I was indeed able to reproduce the issue. The text transitions run smoothly on Chrome while on Firefox are jerky.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-09-12), Chrome 77.0.3865.75
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
