Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://www.twitch.tv/bananasaurus_rex/videos/all
2. Hover the scroll bar on the page

Expected Behavior: Only the custom scroll bar should be visible

Actual Behavior: Both the native and custom scroll bars are displayed simultaneously

We've seen this in the past (#2767) but haven't provided any recommendations to Twitch. Let's set to needsdiagnosis.

@adam_s, is there some trick to getting these double-scrollbars, because I just tried several Firefox versions on several Windows versions (7 to 10), and all I see is a single dark custom scrollbar while I scroll a pane.

This may have been fixed in an update, I don't see the issue anymore weirdly enough.
