This is very similar https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1083997
which was closed and I check again it is still working.

This is happening server side. The markup sent is not the same.
If I give a Chrome UA to Firefox and I scroll, I get the right effect.

The layout has changed. I've checked a few pages from the site and they all seem to work and display animations correctly.
