Description: Primary tab flickers when dragging an e-mail over it
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisites:

  1. Login to Google.
  2. In Google Mail, have the "Primary", "Social", "Promotions", "Updates" and "Forums" tabs enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://mail.google.com
  2. Drag an e-mail over the Primary tab (or any other).

Expected Behavior:
The Primary tab is not highlighted.

Actual Behavior:
The Primary tab flickers when moving the e-mail over it.

This is indeed happening with a mouseover,
But instead of trying to decrypt the minified code of google, I will notify them of the issue. :)

I retested the issue and it is still reproducible.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 79.0a1 (2020-06-11)
Operating System: macOS 10.15.3
