Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. For me the login form is displayed.

@flaki could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again?

Hmm, thanks Oana.

This seems to be a private browsing/tracking protection related issue. To reproduce:

  • Open a private browsing window in firefox, this will enable tracking protection
  • Open https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/
  • Scroll down, click [ Sign In ] in the REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT box
  • The browser navigates to the id.logi.com site
  • The page loads with the above screenshot, no form showing
  • The console shows Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://connect.facebook.net/en_GB/sdk.js”.

You would be right in this not being a webcompat issue per se (although the form display seems to rely on third party scripts such as the Facebook one, which is not great as these could fail for more mundane reasons as well).

There seems to be a related bug though, as to when using Firefox with tracking protection enabled, at least in the latest nightly even after disabling tracking protection the above Facebook script still fails to load, as if the failed load is cached and not retried (maybe a Cache-Control: immutable-related issue?). This means that even with TP disabled the page is still broken. Interestingly this seems to work in private browsing mode, which further points to a caching issue.

Feel free to communicate this towards the TP dev teams. Thanks for checking!
