Thanks for the report!
I'm able to reproduce the issue.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Preview Nightly 200317 (🦎: 76.0a1-20200316092804)
Operating System: Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)

Moving to Needsdiagnosis.

The video (https://api.caroda.io/video/vzdae673c1da3ec8.m3u8) is being loaded
with content-type: text/plain.

This is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1550248, but the site could change the content-type to be application/vnd.apple.mpegurl or application/x-mpegurl and this will fix the issue. I'll move this to needscontact

The issue has been fixed and it is no longer reproducible:

Operating System: Samsung A51 (Android 11) -1080 × 2400 pixels 20:9 aspect ratio (~405 ppi density)
