Thanks for the report. Unfortunately this involves payment as seen in the provided screenshot.

I've created an account, navigated to the provide URL, signed into my Amazon account, and tapped to add new payment method.

Until this point for me the screen content loads.
When trying to add new payment method on Firefox is show that the service is temporary unavailable but on Chrome it works.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Preview Nightly 200519 (🦎 78.0a1-20200517094345)
Operating System: Huawei P20 Lite (Android 8.0.0) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge (Android 7.0) - 1440 x 2560 pixels (~577 ppi pixel density)

@AtzeRodak could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again?
@karlcow do you also get the same behavior?

I removed the access token for privacy reasons.

so I tested on desktop to see what was the flow like with amazon pay.
note that if you want the UI in English, go to https://www.mydates.com/en-US/app

when it is time to pay there is a popup window.
https://eu.account.amazon.com/ap/cvf/verify

so it seems if there's an issue with what @softvision-oana-arbuzov described, it's probably on the side of amazon that it should be investigated more than mydates.

Based on previous comment I'm moving the issue to Needsdiagnosis for further investigation.

Current behavior - Chrome displays the payment card details while Firefox receives an unknown error.

After retesting the issue, it seems it is related to Tracking Protection.

Enabling ETP - Standard the card info is displayed.
