Thanks for the report.

I was indeed able to reproduce the issue. I am not able to access the data privacy settings.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Preview Nightly 200623(🦎 79.0a1-20200618094105), Chrome Mobile 83.0.4103.106
Operating System: OnePlus6 (Android 10) - 1080 x 2280 pixels (~402 ppi pixel density)

This is the web page displayed in Firefox Preview Nightly after a tap on the corresponding link:

This is very interesting. The "Datenschutzeinstellungen" link is a link with href inside an iframe with CSS transform applied. This... seems to break in GeckoView, as I could reproduce with the isolated testcase at https://mozilla-webcompat-54522.glitch.me/

I filed a bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1648124, and I'll mark this one as a duplicate of this report.
