Thanks for the report.

I didn't receive the error you did, but I didn't get the link to the PDF document after I accessed the link.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 200906(🦎 82.0a1-20200902095359), Chrome Mobile 83.0.4103.125
Operating System: OnePlus6 (Android 10) - 1080 x 2280 pixels (~402 ppi pixel density)

This is the web page displayed in Firefox Nightly:

This is the same issue as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1655525, let close as a duplicate
