Steps to Reproduce
Favicon on bookmarks toolbar doesn't show up, even after cleaning history and cache, deleting and adding the bookmarks and restarting firefox with addons disabled.

Seems not a compatibility issue, but I can reproduce using Firefox 55 on Windows 10, works on Firefox 55 Linux, Firefox 55 on Windows 10. Guess it's a regression issue of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=977177
