Description: Browser unsupported
Steps to Reproduce:
The page displays an error with information from WhatIsMyBrowser.com telling me that cookies could be the reason my browser isn't working; however, turning off Firefox's tracking protection doesn't fix the problem alone. What did fix the problem was using a Chromium browser, as well as changing the User Agent in Firefox itself to appear as if I was using Chromium.

Well, there isn't really anything we can do here without having contact to the reporter, or having an account to test ourselves. Reporter, if you can read this, please send me an email to dschubert@mozilla.com, I'd love to get more details here.

I also sent an email to the support address shown in the original screenshot and asked if they're aware of any issues or if they can provide us with a testing account. We have received a report about this portal before, see #37045, but that one appears to be a rant rather than an actual issue.

Unless we have further details or the folks behind the portal provide us with details, I'll have to close this as incomplete. We can reopen if there is something to do here.
