We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue using the latest version of Nighlty as well:

The original reporter is still on Firefox 68, and they should really update. Or maybe they have resistFingerprinting enabled, in which case they should disable that, because it really breaks things. I'm a bit confused by Rauls screenshot, because that's a 404 message. One thing I did notice is that I was completely geoblocked from my German IP, but using a Portuguese VPN endpoint worked.

In any case, I can reproduce this issue in the current Beta and Release versions, the video is just loading forever and throwing a bunch of HLS errors into the console. However, using a current Nightly, the video works just fine:

Based on the number of video playback fixes that have been landed in the last couple of weeks, it's a really save bet to say this is fixed, and will be fixed once 88 hits release. Closing as fixed. :)
