Description: Download contacts as CSV not working
Steps to Reproduce:
Situation: I was trying to download my google contacts as a CSV.

Problem: when i hit export no download initiated. I saw a small google pop up at the bottom that said exporting but I never actually got a download. This error came up in the Console: "Cannot access blob URL “blob:null/bf813453-a6e6-47cc-be59-abc9c9ce6ea9” from a different agent cluster."

I tried performing the same task on Firefox stable and I did not have the issue. I was prompted with a download pop up. The issue was also not present on Google Chrome.

@delosrogers We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. The download for exporting contacts in a CSV format does not work. The message for download seems to be triggered but disappears very fast. Also, the download is not saved anywhere in the device.

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 88.0a1 (2021-02-28) (64-bit)/ Chrome Version 88.0.4324.182 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
