We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue on the latest build of Firefox Focus, but on the latest build of Firefox Nightly, the issue is reproducible with ETP set to STANDARD, and not with ETP set to strict. Because this is a tracking issue, a Bugzilla report was created. Please refer to :https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1697170. This will be closed as Duplicate.

Suggestion: you can use try and create an account using the latest build of Firefox Nightly, with Enhanced Tracking Protection set to STANDARD.
