Tested Another Browser: Yes Safari

Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play
Description: The video or audio does not play
Steps to Reproduce:
I wanted to watch a show on VRV like I always do when it started pausing randomly and I was confused but kept moving on with it then it got to a point where the video would skip 3 minutes then refuse to rewind and now finally it won’t play at all

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. Skipping the video length triggers a permanent loading state, and the video does not play:

A VPN set to the US must be used

Notes:

  1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
  2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly
  3. Works as expected using Safari after the ads are shown:

Tested with:
Browser/Version: Safari 14.4.2/ Firefox Daylight 34.0 (4920)
Operating System: iOS 14.4.2

Moving this to NeedsDiagnosis for further investigations.
