!(
Modernizr.cookies &&
Modernizr.eventlistener &&
Modernizr.fontface &&
Modernizr.fileinput &&
Modernizr.mediaqueries

legacy version of Modernizr? This seems to be a duplicate of https://github.com/Modernizr/Modernizr/issues/1792… which is 6 years old 😢 Modernizr is sending false based on UA sniffing of Firefox Android. This site should change their modernizr version. They can be contacted at https://www.hhs.texas.gov/about-hhs/find-us |
