Browser / Version: Firefox 90.0
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.15
Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Design is broken
Description: Items are misaligned
Steps to Reproduce:
Emoji flag sequences are not recognized as a single letter for the ::first-letter selector in Firefox. They work in Chrome and Safari.

It's also possible for flags to be rendered with the left and right halves with different vertical alignments, creating a "furled" effect.
