URL: https://www.fastcompany.com/brands-that-matter/2021

Browser / Version: Firefox 95.0
Operating System: Linux
Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Something else
Description: Can't uncollapse the sections on the individual brands
Steps to Reproduce:
If I click on one of the brand names on that page in Chrome, a collapsible section with details about the brand opens. In Firefox, nothing happens. I tried both Nightly and the stable release.

Could you try disabling uBlock origin or any other adblockers that you've got? I think the issue here is just that this article is using a script that happens to be blocked.

I can reproduce the issue with uBlock origin, and if I disable it (e.g. by clicking its toolbar icon and then ctrl-clicking its "power button" in there), then I can't reproduce anymore.

(When the issue does reproduce, this JS error shows up in the web console Uncaught TypeError: l.get(...).forEach is not a function. This looks like some resource that the page depends on was missing, e.g. due to being blocked.)

If this is indeed a uBlock origin issue, then this probably needs to be filed as an issue with the filter-list that's causing the script to be blocked (e.g. EasyList or EasyPrivacy).

I don't use uBlock Origin on Desktop, but this was indeed caused by content blocking: I apparently set Enhanced Tracking Protection to "strict" mode and forgot about it. The site works fine when setting it to "standard" or completely disabling it.

@smarnach We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. Please refer to : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1738220 as it is related to Enhanced Tracking Protection. Until the issue is resolved, please set Enhanced Tracking Protection to Standard. This will be closed as a Duplicate.
