The build was failing because the chrome download url was incorrect. I bumped the wdio version, and the tests are passing again.
I also removed the Selenium Standalone dependency, as I don't believe it was needed.
Edit: Just saw #45 and that should have passed the tests/build. Maybe that wdio version has the same issue with chrome downloads?
