I was preparing to update this to 1.9.3, but noticed that the POM depends on jquery 1.11.1, whereas the upstream bower.json depends on 1.8 or up. Should we follow upstream or use the latest 1.x jquery?

I have been depending on newer jQuery versions that needed because the newer WebJars have the new RequireJS config while the older ones might not. But I'll let you decide what to do with this one.

I guess going to am earlier version would be a breaking change, then.
