Tooltip overflows on mobile view

On mobile view the <Tooltip /> component will overflow, making its content not readable. Notice that I have found examples where there seems to be no issue.

In addition, it's quite difficult to open the tooltip on mobile. Not directly related to the overflow issue, but worth having a look at as well.
