Background Fetch API demo

• Serve using any static webserver
• Open in Chrome Canary (v72) with Experimental Web Platform features flag enabled
• Click Store assets locally do download 5 files (group photos of Mobile Era and ngVikings - the conferences I organize for the developers ). Check DevTools->Application->Cache->Cache Storage to make sure the assets are there.
