I'm talking about this specifically: https://github.com/webpack/webpack-cli/blob/16c9c8d0107b80904a228e817bc22ea89e901fa3/CHANGELOG.md#chore

If you are going to just generate the changelog from commits directly, at least make the commit messages descriptive.
