This PR is to add support for Laravel 7.x.
To remain inline with the rest of the world, I would suggest tagging this as either 2.x or 3.x.
Reason for 3.x is because this targets Laravel 7, and if we want to add support for Laravel 6, we could use 2.x for that.
I also replaced Phpstan with Larastan.
