[Feature] - Verification step after cert applied to ensure https response operational

It would be useful to perform a verification step after certificate have been newly installed which would check that the https connection is responding correctly with the new certificate.

One common issue is a default setup of a binding to a specific IP address, this then overrides the (all unassigned) IP setting for other sites using SNI resulting in an invalid certificate error.
