Limit Config presentation/loading Problems

Every time the Config of a Crawl is edited on the page Limits the values "Page Limit" and "Crawler Instance" are not loaded correctly (always presents default values), but in the overview they are shown correctly.
The mayor Problem is, that the values got overwritten with the default values again if any other configuration is changed and saved

Can replicate on Dev when editing a config

The Crawl Time Limit value also seems to default to "0" resulting in an error when it should be set to "Unlimited" when unset.
