breaking changes:

remove legacy edge + rtcpeerconnection-shim (see Drop (old) Edge support #1076)
RTCIceCandidate polyfill is now polyfilled according to spec (see RTCIceCandidate.component is still polyfilled using old spec #999)

This also exposes the sdp package as adapter.sdp for convenience. Don't use this in production.
