WeCash Core v1.1.0 Mandatory Update

WeCash Core mandatory update is released. This update contains following changes:

• Client version 1.1
• Protocol Version 70301
• Fix max supply 21 000 000
• New spork: SPORK_20_DEVELOPER_PAYMENT_ENFORCEMENT
• Reject block that has different developer reward value with value set in the code

New protocol version enforcement and SPORK_20 will be activated on January 10, 2023. Please update your wallet before that date.
