Make the plugin work with qtranslate/mqtranslate

Hi,
Thanks for your plugin! However, it doesn't work with qtranslate. I tried using the language shortcode [:en] in the subtitle field within the editor, but it breaks the posts. Could you filter the field with __()?

I've never used qTranslate. If you tell me the exact steps to reproduce this issue (screenshots would also help) then I'll likely be able to figure this out.
