- a run-once `initialize` method takes care of it all - removed `set_width`, `set_coloring`, `set_graphics` - the env-var `TERM_COLOR_SUPPORT` is no longer checked - the env-var `EASYPY_LOG_INDENTATION` is no longer checked - instead of updating `globals()`, update a `G` singleton

this improves compatibility with 3rd party tools that dislike the space inside the value, and is more consistent with higher values ('5bytes', '5MiB')
TODO - allow user customization using a .ziplog file or the likes
