just try any! of the wifi examples.Every other C3 board from a different manufacturer does work. See your feedback in your Aliexpress store.
Why is this https://www.wemos.cc/en/latest/c3/c3_mini.html#about-wifi needed?
This is against the design recommendations from espressif.
It seems you knew your board design is out of specification.
Stop selling boards which do not fit desing standards from espressif.
