Running tools

This description is only valid for_cxx plugin_ version 1.x

While the amount of metrics which the cxx plugin is able to compute itself is increasing, many tasks require help of external tools.

cxx plugin does not run any of them itself. You have to run them beforehand and point the cxx plugin to the results.
