In order to use circuitanim, you must have manim installed. For detailed instructions on how to install manim, see here.
If you already have manim, installing circuitanim is straightforward.
If you have pip, it's simply:
pip install circuitanimlib
or you could go and clone the repository.
Using circuitanim is exactly like using manim. For example, if you cloned this repository you could render an example scene like so
python -m manim example.py DrawCircuit -p
