Add CSS minifier

Hi @Mstanic05, I've assigned the issue to you as you requested.

I'm curious as to how you came across my repo, and why you're interested in working on this issue in particular, however. Would you mind elaborating a little bit?

Apart from that, I thought I'd share a little more info about the issue:

• I would prefer the CSS minifier to be added via a Jekyll plugin.
• It would be really nice to have a JS minifier also in the plugin, or have another plugin which works similar to the CSS minifier.
