Yahoo also provides temporary/burner emails: |
It should be noted that the Proton domains have been removed, the only remaining domain that belongs to SL/PM is currently "slmail.me", atleast that's the only one I can still see in the list. I also think the argument that Proton is somehow worse because it tries to protect it's users privacy is kinda insane, as with this same argument you could block Skiff/Tutanota and basically every other privacy respecting e-mail service. Hell you could even push it further and into most large mail providers as very few have actual measures against registration. And both Proton and SL do have measures to prevent mass reg, as can be seen when trying to register via VPN/TOR that you either need to pay, have a backup phone/e-mail or other measures that they added recently. Also saying that it's up to whoever implements the list to decide what they do with it is just wrong, when a project implements a list like this they don't go through it and check it they just assume "Hey.. it has stars and looks good.. block all e-mail in this list" which just makes it harder for people using privacy respecting e-mail services because you decided it should be on there and then each time it's implemented those users have to go to the service and pray to god they have support and have them unblock it. |

You can simply create disposable mail account on outlook. So… Why blocking Proton but not Outlook?
