Default Fetch settings file

Since when choosing what files or projects to Fetch with the "Go to Anything (Ctrl+P)" feature Sublime uses fuzzy search, I believe it would be a great idea to maintain a list of common files and packages that can be fetched.

This can be community maintained such that anyone who creates a library can add to the list. Am willing to start the list off and keep testing the fetch links
